When you prepare a course inquiry, you may provide your name, phone number, preferred learning format, and a short description of your English goal. The current website does not silently submit this information: it prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send.
Why the team uses it
The information helps the team respond to your question, discuss suitable course options, confirm schedules and availability, and arrange a placement call when requested.
Services involved
If you choose WhatsApp, phone, or Instagram, your interaction is also governed by that service provider’s terms and privacy practices. Privacy-friendly analytics may be enabled later through configuration; it is disabled when no provider is configured and must not receive form fields or personal details.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods and the final legal privacy contact still require business confirmation. Until a dedicated privacy contact is published, use the customer service number on the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion.
Your choice
You can contact the team by phone without using the inquiry form. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity information through the website.
